we discussed how we build uber bundles.
This JIRA is to make the uber bundles built in a common way and to avoid
pulling in unnecessary dependencies. As a result some uber bundles, such as for
blueprint and proxy, will have less in them. It will also cause the proxy
bundle to do a mandatory package dependency on asm, rather than the current
optional one.
