ARIN is pleased to announce that Martin Hannigan has been appointed by the Board of Trustees to the Number Resource Organization (NRO) Number Council from the ARIN region. He will serve a three-year term beginning 1 January 2009. Martin's appointment is for the seat he currently holds as an elected representative on the NRO NC.
