A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been
published to the ARIN website. NRPM version 2011.3 is effective 27 July
2011 and supersedes the previous version. NRPM 2011.3 contains the
implementation of the following policies:
ARIN-2011-4: Reserved Pool for Critical Infrastructure
ARIN-2011-6: Returned IPv4 Addresses
Both of these policies were adopted by the ARIN Board on 10 June 2011.
