ARIN has modified the Specified Transfer Listing Service (STLS) Terms of
Service to allow Transfer Facilitators from outside the ARIN service
region to participate. The language has also been expanded to include
8.4 Inter-RIR Transfers to Specified Recipients.

Current STLS participants will need to accept the new Terms of Service
the next time they log in to ARIN Online.
