Release Notes:

* Users can now modify and reassign networks and delete reassignments from the
  search results page if the resources are available and they have the
  appropriate permissions.
* Menus and pages have been streamlined to allow users to more easily request IP
  and ASN resources.
* An option to view a list of free blocks of IP addresses and reassign them is
  now available.
* Minor improvements and bug fixes were made.
