Well, on closer examination, while the acronym RSA is not
explicitly defined, two of the three uses of the acronym are in section
8.5.1 entitled Registration Services Agreement. Nevertheless, I think it is
a good idea to add a definition of the term Registration Services Agreement
and the acronym RSA to section 2.
