[fedora-arm] Smolt or Census for Fedora ARM (Was: Who's using Kirkwood?)

So, I've noted on smolt[1] that the have stop generating reports. At the 
time there was also only one armv7hl report.

Does anyone have a clear idea how far along the new "Census" is and if 
it's going to be intergrated into F18?

The whole kirkwood question could benefit from some hard data.
