That was exactly my intention and since I like the FOSS idea and the
community behind that, I used the FC25 server image and started with
installing samba. For the beginning I wanted to setup a local network file
share. I had the HDMI cable connected, but always used ssh and I didn't
installed any desktop environment.
However I still had those crashes. I would love to provide some more
information on the cause (if they are not already known), so it can be
fixed. On the other hand I would need some hints how to do that, since I'm
not very experienced in Linux debugging yet.
