Hello! Yes but that's the store in Europe. That is the firm's site somewhere in Europe. Here they are largely promoting the V4 design. And their sales e-mail alias is broken. Google Mail thinks its a Google Groups alias...... Naturally complaining to it fell on deaf ears. And finding an easy way to do so is rather difficult.
