Hi,

I seem to be unable to figure out whether this question has been addressed
or not so I apologize if this has already been asked. Basically I have a
set of U133 arrays which I have processed through aroma.affymetrix and now
I am just using the QualityAssessmentModel() function to look at NUSE and
RLE plots. In particular, I am using the plotNuse() and plotRle()
functions. I have some simple tasks that I want to do such as modifying
the names of the samples on the x-axes, but I can't find any parameters or
any documentation on how to do this.

I know that plotNuse() and plotRle() "invisibly" return all the data so I
could grab it all and then plot it. But this seems overcomplicated for
such a simple task and also the two functions will still plot it even
though it returns the data invisibly.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Thanks
