Hi Henrik, Sorry for the incomplete post. I am using R version 2.14.1 and aroma.affymetrix version 2.6.0 The script ran without any problem buy the final results were not the same. The extractMatrix did not return all the value. The same scrip with SNP6 celfiles sued to return a numerical vector or length 1879489 but now it has only one value.
