Rajni's next film IndiaGlitz Thursday, April 21, 2005 I will direct Rajnikanth's next, says director K S Ravikumar, who is currently busy making Godfather starring Ajithkumar . Chandramukhi has opened in a grand manner all over the State and has proved Rajnikanth's magic on screen has not waned a bit. So there is now conjectures about what Rajni's next would be.And naturally, Jaggubhai, which Rajni dropped prior to Chandramukhi, figures in the scheme of things. And Ravi Kumar who was set to direct it also figures in it. Jaggu Bhai or no Jaggu Bhai, he says, he is in the reckoning. "Though Jaggubhai has been shelved, I can assure one thing that I will be wielding the megaphone for Rajnikanth's next film," he says. When asked about his Godfather, Ravi Kumar says "Ajith is a handsome action hero, who can do any role with ease. And it has been the case in my film too." Ravikumar who directed Ajith before in Villain says there would be a lot of difference between Villain and Godfather. Ajith has given a more fiery performance here. I was impressed with Asin's performance in a couple of Telugu movies that I saw. Hence, I decided to cast her as heroine, he adds.
