Message approval is a good idea but delays are bad. To avoid delay, I think the best way is to allow some other people to approve messages. Right now I think only Gops is approving here. He might be a busy man and cannot sit in front of the PC all the time. Therefore if he allows some more people to approve, message delivery will become faster.
