Shantanu moitra has gone on record saying he is heavily inspired by 
RD, Sd and Ilayaraaja. My guess is that he has not worked with A.R.R 
before. His earlier works include the advt "Bole mere lips Ilove 
uncle chips", Abd ke saawan and mann ke manjeere with shubha mudgal, 
the movies leela, hazzaron khwaishen aisi and parineeta. talented guy
