i like a aa( hmmm kind of!!!!)...and love rising ...but all u pple will agree with me that the vintage rahman was best... rangeela,jeans,indian, thiruda , minsara kanavu, isa that charm hidden or lost ..or has he been burdened by trhe overuse of technology...i being a technical guy know that technoogy is necessary tomake a song and even to break it...gone r those long orchestral interludes of vennilavae( minsara) and tanha
( rangeela) and hai re( jeans) ............i loved them ...that has shaped my devotion for rahmans music...but where is it now??????
Is dynamism so important as to snatch away the very essence of music that is made????
pple might give thousand and one explanations in defence but the music of Rahman although might not have detiriorated( i am no one to use that wrd here!!)it ceratainly has has become too differnt ....or has undergone a radical metamorphosis in this time .....
the difference is "" i loved his music then ...i like it now!!!! ""
