ARR uses Logic Pro ONLY! Euphonix is a console... Not a synth...
Loops and samples can be triggered using any software... FL is not the only ones. Very high chances that FL samples are triggered using Halion as well. FL, Cakewalk are more amateurish programs.
Logic is the most used for programming by pros (ARR, S-E-L etc.) Many of them still prefer to use version v5.5 on their PC. They stopped making a PC version once Apple bought of eMagic.
Also... To be a good programmer (MIDI programmer) you don’t need the best of keyboards. Cause all keyboards send the same info to the comp (1. Which Key you press, 2. The Velocity in which you press it and 3. for How Long you keep it pressed). Sounds are what are triggered from samples on your comp.
