In my honest opinion Gautam Menon is a wannabe director who apes hollywood flicks and gets himself a "slick" filmmaker tag. I suppose his combibnation with Harris Jeyaraj would be thoroughly justified as the latter is again a wannabe who apes the arrangement (plagiarises is a wrong word to use here) of other music directors. I dont intend to create any controversy here, but Rahman deserves to work with more "mature" directors.
