May be you are too nice to the store not giving their 
details here but I think you can mention the store so that
ppl can get an idea abt it. Obviously he sold you an opened CD
and forgot to put the disc back into it. That might be a mistake.
But if somebody comes across a pirated version or damaged CDs, 
they can warn others!
