Since nothing new in ARR land right now, I have been listening to some soundtracks from other MDs up North. Some notable tracks:
- Johnny Gaddaar title track - it rocks (SEL) - Couple of tracks from Hey Baby - esp. Main Duniya Tu Hi Re - just awesome (SEL) and Dholna - Ajab Si from Om Shanti Om - Great melody (Vishal Shekhar, who are great fans of Rahman) - Dastaan E (Shaan song from Om Shanti Om)- Rich orchestration and retro sound (70s). - Remix of Laga Chuneri Main Daag (original melody ) from movie Laga.....(Shantanu Moitra)and Hum To Aise Hain from same movie I'm a fan of good music, not just Rahman. Hope there are other likeminded folks here too.
