Multiple votes are allowed and you DON'T HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 HOURS to vote again. This is what you need to do. Preferably use Firefox. Clear your cache and cookies. Get to the voting page. Select Tere Bina, fill out the form and click the vote button. Once the results page has loaded keep one finger on the F5 (refresh) key and one finger on the Enter key. Press the F5 key and the browser will prompt you asking if you wish to submit the form again with two buttons Yes and Cancel. The Yes button would be in focus. Just hit enter again and your vote will get submitted again. Repeat pressing F5 and Enter key alternatively without a break for as long as your fingers don't hurt. Then take a break and come back again and continue the same. DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE IN THAT TAB/WINDOW. If you accidentally do so, clear you cache and cookies and restart the process as described above again.
If every person spends even five minutes doing this that's roughly 200+ votes each, assuming you have a reasonably fast internet connection. In fact you don't even have to wait till the page reloads completely, you can just continue pressing F5 and Enter in a continuous cycle and vote up to 100 times a minute each. Is this fixing?
