altho that would be great, think about himesh. i am sure he worked hard for it, ARR wont do that either.

While Bollywood composer Himesh Reshammiya, who makes his Tamil debut with this film, has composed only six songs for the same and is unable to compose the background score for it. Ravichandran who is directing the movie has now approached A.R. Rahman but the latter seems to have opted out of it, presumably he doesn't like lending his name for the background score alone. In that case, Devi Sri Prasad might be roped in to compose it.
