Yes, its P.Jayachandran who has sang many songs for ARR like "Nenjil 
Jil Jil", "Raajyama", "Enmel Vizhundha Mazhaithuli", "Kollayile 
Thennai".

In today's Mathrubhumi newspaper he mentions about this song.
He says he has lots of hopes from this melodious number
