As sahul said, it's not clear what the writer is trying to convey. May be, he wanted to compile the worst songs of ARR (what he thinks are).

"makkale..makkale".. tune-um maha erichchalaanathu.. --> Not true. It has two great songs... 'Naalai Ulagam' and 'Malargale'.... Also, the song he talks about has ARR's great contribution. His voice is really good and so are some of the lines he sings...
