It was the super intelligent Aamir Khan who understood the importance of
publicity and interaction with fans through the internet and thus was one of
the pioneers when it came to blogging. His last film, the directorial debut
venture, TAARE ZAMEEN PAR saw Aamir giving day to day account of the film
and thus kept people interested as well as updated about himself and his
film TZP. It proved to be blockbuster and affirmed Aamir's faith in
publicity through the web.

With his next film, the Murugadoss directed, GHAJINI almost complete, there
is a strong buzz that Aamir Khan once again plans to go in for a publicity
blitzkrieg though the net, a la TAARE ZAMEEN PAR. The actor has plans of
creating an interactive website which will carry exclusive film teasers
instead of going in for just theatrical and television promos. And if this
succeeds they will go in for a mobile website and exclusive promos.
