Hi Gomzy, I too was of the opinion that it is by ARR. The is is very similar to ARR's.. In the Arr's LA concert video (http://in.youtube.com/watch?v=HI5aBI9N4-0&feature=related) you can find him singing that portion. I dont think there is any change in the voice that you find in the recorded version.
