yesterday i watched SDM in melbourne, and it was quite a rocking experience !!!
positives: 1) The story and screnplay amazing blended 2)Editing and cinematography is top class 3)BGM is stunning, especially - O saya / mausam& escape / latika love theme 4)Never expected a bollywood style of dance for Jai Ho in the train station at the end by a big group of dancers.excellent 5)Everyone was in their seat until the ending credits..including full involvement with jai ho.. 6)Another feather on ARR cap. Negatives: 1)A R Rahman's name appear somewhere near the end of all technicians and also lasted only for 2-3 seconds that too in the right bottom:( which i felt very bad.. I would have loved it for 5 seconds.in the middle of screen. A surprising thing was : Music composed and produced by AR Rahman it said...never seen that before in tamil / hindi movies..Also no mentioning of singers / MIA.... 2)Mumbai shown in a way which is sometimes very hard to take..(like the kid soaking in S*** for amitabh autograph) . every1 in the theatre went OOHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....... Awesome movie, and worth the money!
