Good thoughj I would say. . He will go to different league altogether by giving up these (at least Filmfare) awards. . Well he has been in a different plane always. . Say for political reasons (which is often the case with these awards) he looses, there will lot of opinionated talks. . Say if he wins in spite of a fresh new music by others, worthy of awards, there will be so much comments all over again. There's nothing much left for Rahman to conquer in India. Infact promoting new talents would decrease the pressure on him.
