Dear Rahmaniacs,

Sunday was one of the very best days of my life and
everyone who made their presence at DON BOSCO ANBU ILLAM at
Ukkadam[Coimbatore]would have felt the same i bet. It was a splendid occassion
where we all A.R.Rahman fans of coimbatore had gathered to share the joy and
celebrate the oscar glory of our boss with the 125 children of the home, the
purest hearts and the happiest souls i have come across ever with full of
smiles and loads of love.

Usually we do our activities every month at a home owned by the
same trust but with a smaller strength. The children there are also by now very
attached to us. But this time its oscar celebrations and it has to be little
bigger. So we chose their main home which hosted some 125 children.

All our plans were to cut the cake and the celebrate with them
and provide all the 125 children and 10 staffs with a special and hearty
dinner. They were much beyond our expectations. When we reached there by 6'o
clock these kids greeted and welcomed us and mingled with us immediately.

The first person to greet me was a very tiny one[may 4-5 years] who shook hand
with me and took me by surprise asking "why was A.R.Rahman given two awards."
The kind of love they showed on us was as if they knew us for years and all of
us belonged to the same family.

They all together sang for us the the most celebrated track of
our boss "ella pugalum oruvan oruvanukkey" from atm.imagine some hundred plus
ppl that too all children singing this one in unision. For a moment i thought
their voice was gonna bring down the roof and reach the skies. Then two kids
celebrating their birthday blew the candles off and cut the cakes meaning while
all the ppl
around were yelling at the top of their voice ,"JAIHO!!!" and with that one my
ears surely went deaf fora minute. They Jumped with us,danced with us and even
lifted a few of us..
