When only fast paced numbers are played, fans complain that the concert lacks
melody. So
its hard to please all. But as regular concert goers many loved the unplugged
versions.
She was lucky to see ARR perform on the grand piano, who can boast of that ?
Also one must note that Lataji was there and i am sure the tracks were selected
keeping that in mind too.
Also many tracks ( mostly fast paced ones, ) had to be removed ( 7 tracks) due
to time constraints.

Hi All,

Hope all our friends who made it to the Pune concert had a good time.
One of my friend who happened to attend the concert was feeling glad
that she was able to make it but she had a small concern that many was
not able to enjoy the show due to melody songs taking priority. Though
they loved it they werent quite happy as josh was missing. She was
disappointed as no tracks were performed from Lagaan, Swades, Rangeela
and I remember she even said RDB was missing. Also she told me that
the guys at the stands remained seated for most of the time which is
quite unusual since many of the songs were slow numbers. I am hereby
taking her concern to the group so that in the next concert the
concerned people should be able to make it a still better show.

Cheers,

Hameed.
