*The Merchants of Bollywood*, an Australian-produced musical with
songs by *Slumdog
Millionaire *composer AR Rahman, is to be staged in the Middle East for the
first time next month at the Palladium, Dubai Media City.

The show has just completed a sell-out international tour that took it to
London, Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Munich,
Geneva, Kuala Lumpur and Paris.

*The Times of London *describing the production as a "high-octane pleasure".
The show is based on the true story of Ayesha Merchant, the granddaughter of
Shantilal Merchant, one of Bollywood's most respected choreographers from
the Hindi film industry's golden era
