well, I'm not countering YOUR list :) but since you mentioned you had a bias for classical based, I thought Rythm is missing in the list. My List would have BOSE too. - most of the themes are western classical - orchestra based.
And one standout 'song' that I always use for relaxation & peace is Naina - Water.
