Videos r in .m2ts Format .. where audios and videos can have several formats .. Like videos can have H.264 , SMPTE VC-1 or MPEG-2 part2 or every one of them For audio there can be Dolby Digital (AC-3), DTS, and linear PCM. Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD , lossless formats , Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD Master Audio. Audio CD is the best .. as u will get it in a losseless format ..
