But the last time he went touring was 5 years ago or so! So what's the harm in
doing concerts every 5 years? I think he is the only Indian musician who can
command the sort of numbers that he did in all the regions he's toured in. That
in itself is great. Fans also like to see their favourite music star perform
for
them and what better way than in the form of concerts every few years. It's not
like he has planned to do concerts only for the rest of his life. We should
learn to not demand from him all the time. This year, he may not be able to
make
as many new commitments as he could due to concerts but come next year, he'll
back to his routine. I was extremely glad that he did these concerts because it
gave us fans all over the world to see the man himself after his Oscar win for
the first time in real time. it was our way of celebrating the Oscar win with
Rahman- the concert.

thats the same concern that i had for the past one week...but when i posted my
oppinion here people start shouting and some said that every goup needs a clown
even.....maybe those people are thinking that we are terrorist when we start
questioning on some issues that will only bring good result from rahman...we
want him to do more movies as he could but now he is not signing any
movies...and i know that ar rahman is very close to this group.....i only want
rahman to give more and more songs to us ..thats all.....
