Did the sync runs correct? Or is a visualization error?

 

When the sync process starts, Remedy use some forms to allocate the data related to the existing workflow. This forms are object_search_admin, object_search_details and object_search_ref. Can you see if is there any record in those forms? Be careful because can be many thousand records… try using a “select count(*)…” statement from your database.

 

If there are not records in those tables, the process don’t finished correctly. If there are all the records, could be somethig related to the data visualization…
