If no mode is specified, "search" will be automatically used. You probably should add &view=<yourview>.

It has been a while since I have done this and I can't get it to work…

 

I am trying to create a encoded url <mid tier 5.1.2> to include in an email that will allow the user to

click on the link and login into the form to see/modify their request.

 

I have this. It prompts for login but opens a blank form

What is wrong
