Trying to figure out how to remove all of the buttons that MidTier 6.03
places at the top of every form. These are the Search, Set To Defaults,
Help, Home, etc.... I've tried turing off all menu items in the Form
View Properties but that did nothing. The type of view we are using is
Windows for each form.
