And the reason you must do this is because of the funky way that nulls are handled in Remedy

The problem is that there are some tickets that are not assigned to any individual, and this search is failing to return those tickets. '4' is "Assignee Login Name" and is blank in these cases. This is a bit confusing for me, since I'd think it would match my condition, because (a blank field) != (a login name). Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
