Viswa,

Create a Time zone entries, for all exisitng time zones, in a new form which
also contain the fields like timezone prefix and seconds (e.g +600).

Then whenever a user, irrespective of region logs in :

1. Pick his time zone from the user preference
2. Search for this time zone in new form.
3. Pick the values of time zone prefix and seconds from the new form
4. Deduct / add the seconds to the $timestamp$

may be this is of any help to you

Thanks,
Viswa.

Simple, Change the time zone on the viewing system to the same time
zone as the client/customer. If you are in India and the client is in Germany,
you have to use CET (Daylight Time).

        Hello List,
I have a problem in displaying the DateTime field
values in Filter messages. If you see below screen shot the Planned End date is
showing as 4/24/2009 2:00:00 PM where as in the Ar-Warning message it is
showing the same field value as 4/24/2009 5:00:00 PM. Can you please suggest me
some solution to this problem.
Here i know the difference in the times due to Server & user time zone
differences. Is there a way to display the Time fields values as per the
client's time zone.

        Thanks,
        Viswa.
