Michael, Currently, there are two products available for integrating Remedy with Microsoft Project:
- Remedy Link for Microsoft Project - This was developed by Planwell Technology and is a bi-directional interface between Change Management (ITSM) and Microsoft Project. It is sold and licensed by BMC Remedy and will ONLY work with Change Management. Contact your BMC sales rep/account manager for more information. - Planwell Link for Microsoft project - this was also developed by Planwell Technology but as a bi-directional interface between any appropriate Remedy application (i.e. has "Change" style form with Start/End dates, assignment information etc) and Microsoft Project. It is sold and licensed by Planwell and will NOT work with the ITSM suite. Contact me off-line for further information.
