Hello list, We are using self-written ServiceDesk software, which
stores our asset data in MS SQL database. Is it possible to create an engine which would parse
the asset database on a regular basis and update asset data in the Remedy ITSM
OOTB? I’ve seen something
similar in the CMDB Configuration Guide (Reconciliation Engine?..), but I could
not understand how to set it to work with MS SQL tables. Thank you for assistance. Kind regards |
