UNINSTALL ?? As far as I know, there is no uninstaller for un-installing ITSM Application. You ll have to manually un-install it. these are the steps to be performed: - Identify all the forms, groups, menus used exclusively by SLA Module and delete them from server. (you ll have to take care not to delete shared workflow) - Then look into ar.conf and armonitor.conf and remove any line referring to the application to be uninstalled (we had to do this for CMDB. You ll have to check it for SLA.) - Delete the physical folder in which the app was installed (AR System Application\<Server name>\BMC Service Level Maangement) - Check if there is an entry present in SHARE: Application Properties for the module. If present, delete it. These steps should help you to uninstall the application. And DO NOT forget to take a backup before attempting it !!!
