Thanks Axton - I found it. It looks like it isn't part of the base AR
install, but is included in the Email Engine and Flashboard installs.

Under the "AREmail" install dir, I found the 7 version.

The "Flashboards" install directory has a copy of the 6.3 version for
some reason.
