The clients working on windows environments are not affected. Only the users working from CITRIX env.
 
In the remedy support page there are 3 tables refreshing on display (Incidents table, requests table and problem-cases table). No images as such are placed.
 
Why is this affecting ONLY the citrix users and not the others?

Well, when a user is changing tabls in helpdesk 4.00.03, the aruser window freezes over and it takes almost 5 mins for the tab to refresh.
