Hi Carey, The license type is ok and the server sees the licenses. All the info in the Groups field was wiped for about 50 users and they are not getting a write license. I added the Group info back to one of the users and tried changing his license type a few times but same result. I have been on the phone all day with Remedy support. They "think" there is a bug. They gave me a patched ARServer to try but that was worse as no one could authenticate to the server with it.
