Hi Carey,

The license type is ok and the server sees the licenses. All the info in
the Groups field was wiped for about 50 users and they are not getting a
write license. I added the Group info back to one of the users and tried
changing his license type a few times but same result. I have been on
the phone all day with Remedy support. They "think" there is a bug. They
gave me a patched ARServer to try but that was worse as no one could
authenticate to the server with it.

If the group list was mucked with... then I would also check the
'License Type' values too.
And do not forget to verify that the server still sees all of the User
license keys too.


I know that is very simple things, but at this point I would be double
checking everything.
