Prasad, so you want single signon only for Mid-Tier or also for Remedy server ?
If you enable external authentication on Remedy server, you can use the user's Windows network password and/or LDAP/Active Directory. I have only done LDAP so far. It works both on the Remedy server as well as Mid-Tier.
