There is an option to overwrite existing tables when you do an
import. You have to use that option or you will get this error.
Migrator is always a good option to
doing a complete database import or restoral.
The fact that you are on Windows2K3 and
the other system is Solaris should not cause this error. Remedy uses
different builds of the same program between Solaris and Windows2K3.

Does it matter that my colleague used
Oracle under Solaris, and I am under win2003? Maybe using Migrator would be a
better alternative in this case?
While trying to startup ARS after
import I am getting the following error in the arerror.log -
390600 : The form definition file field
count does not match number of fields in the file (ARERR 403)
What is wrong?

Install the EXACT same version of ARS onto a new Oracle database.
Then run the import process to bring in the .dmp file.
This should work without a problem.

Hello list,
My collegue sent me an Oracle database
export file (bla_bla.dmp).
Could you please explain me
the procedure of reproducing ARS using this export file.
What should I do first? Install clear ARS
on my Oracle instance or import .dmp file into my database?
