I just finished it a few weeks ago...I didn't learn much more than I learned in the 'what's new' pdf....but it was worth the money for my company as it updated the cert I just received from 6.x to 7.x. Overall if you consider yourself a skilled remedy person and you read through the what's new manual...you should have a good idea of the updated features.
