James, Thanks, I suspect you have more experience in Remedy development that many RSP certificate holders, and at the end of the day, that counts.
My experience is Remedy installations, Patch Upgrades, migrations and support, hence my drive to acquire the developer's experience. I am hoping that the applications I develop would open a door for me in the developer's world here at work. I perform my duties at work during the day, and then go home in the evening to develop workflow. It's fun!
