Rob, I've worked for a couple different ones, and while
there might be a common Service Catalog, I don't think that outside of ITIL,
there's any kind of common standard - the players just don't care enough
to get together on something like that, I guess.

practices for categorization of network issues?
I'm being told that
there exists a standard industry coding.
