HiThe Senior analyst will develop and test global applications and workflow
using the Remedy (BMC), Action Request System. He/she will support
existing users, applications, workflow, and integrations as it relates to
the Bear Stearns Help Center, Engineering Project Management, Change
Control, Time Tracking, and other pertinent applications. The analyst will
be considered a subject matter expert and will be required to be the
technical lead on certain projects.
